La Babiti started with friendship, years in the restaurant industry, and a shared vision of creating something of our own.
After working together for years, we found this place in Torrevieja and turned it into the restaurant we always wanted to build — a place centered around quality ingredients, warm service, cleanliness, and food made with care.
Today, every dish reflects the experience we bring into the kitchen and the standards we refuse to compromise on.
